Ebay phones, 140 quid cheaper, scam?

My son has asked for a Xiomi Redmi Note Pro 5g mobile for Christmas.

Argos have them for £340

There are sellers on eBay with them for around 200/210.

Thwy have good feedback in thw hundreds.

£140 is a big difference but I don't want to be scammed!

Is it refurbished? I've bought phones off Ebay before. Just make sure its a trusted seller

No brand new!

Seems too good to be true?

If it looks too good to be true it usually is, what protection does eBay give if it is a scam? ( I don't use it)
