Difference between lab grown diamonds and natural mined diamonds

Apart from the ethical considerations - what are the differences, those of you who have them?

One of mine there is no noticeable difference between it and my engagement ring.
Another one I’m convinced is a fake lab grown (it has a certificate but I’m not convinced) as it looks like a piece of glass.

Natural will have tiny flaws in, but created ones won’t. Apart from that I don’t think there any difference?

Price differs, natural diamonds are obviously more expensive, but then they improve their value a lot better than lab grown.
I have heard they can look identical like for like.

They look artificially perfect.
