Any experienced Vinted buyer or seller here?

Hi,

I am fairly new to buying on Vinted, and have never sold.

I bought an item and selected my preferred delivery option from those offered, and paid accordingly.

I have now had a message from the seller saying she can’t sent it by my chosen option as it’s too big. She has offered no solution.

I can view the payment and breakdown, but I can’t amend it.

I don’t know how to progress this.

Can anyone suggest anything?

There wouldn't be any repercussions for you OP.
But agree with the seller the next steps: the reason you are cancelling, the seller confirms their preferred courier option is available for you at the payment stage, then cancel and re-order.
I'm not entirely sure if it automatically relists after a cancellation, but the seller might have to re-list the item so that you can buy it again.
