My 6 year old son has asked for some - and I quote 'blue and white pyjamas with a fox on with buttons'.

Jojo have a pair that are perfect and have a coordinating pink pair I could get his little sister

BUT they are sodding out of stock. Everywhere is out of stock.

Does anyone have a JoJo around that might have one in stock?!

You could get some blue pyjamas and some of these iron on patches from Etsy.

Next sell JoJo stuff, might be worth a check on there.

Have you emailed them to see whether they will get them back in stock? They might be able to check stores?
