I prefer to book one off cleans through companies like this as I prefer to be home when I have a cleaner and my work timetable is very erratic so easier for me to book as and when than have a regular thing. I just wanted to check - do you truly get living wage from it (Gleam website says you do) and do they treat you ok? I don't want to perpetuate anything awful
