NT 10 year old boys- what can they do?

We have a review for our disabled son coming up. He is my only child so I was hoping to compile a list of what an able bodied neurotypical 10 year old boy can do that my child can't. It feels horrible to look at this way, but I need some bullet points to bring up at the review.
-Bed time routine- can they do it unsupervised? Sleep?
-Hygiene
-Getting up and ready to go/getting dressed/getting clothes
-Social life
-Independence- can they cross the road alone etc
-Homework
-Activities
-Are they allowed to do thing like making a cup of tea? Cooking?
-Reading/writing
-Outbursts/meltdowns/shouting
-Behaviour

Is there somewhere online I could refer to in the meeting to show that his needs are not typical for a child of his age?

I feel so overwhelmed by it all and I know our lives are different but I have no markers as to how different our lives are

You can find some lists of the more physical development and education sides of things, like e.g. https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health-wellness/health-encyclopedia/he.milestones-for-10-year-olds.ue5722.

For things like independence it's harder to compare because a lot of that depends on different styles of parenting - you'll find people who say their 8yo can be sent to a shop five minutes walk away to buy milk, and others who have an 11yo now at secondary school who they don't let stay in the house by themselves.

Children usually progress in a natural, predictable sequence from one developmental milestone to the next. But each child grows and gains skills at his or her own pace. Some children may be advanced in one area, such as language. But they may be behind...
