Just usual family pressures and things like that but I've woken up fully now so should put a film on or something!

Morning, I'm usually awake at this time.

I'm up. I always wake in the night, I seem to sleep in sections now. I'll probably get back to sleep around 4.30 for another few hours.

Oh your poor Dad. How scary for him (&you). I hope it goes as well as it can.

A pillow should sort DH's 'whistling' out!!

I'm awake worrying about DD and work, my mind likes to chuck as many things in to worry about as it can at this time of the day. @AndBabyMakes3 hope you get seen soon and everything is fine

I'm awake. I seem to only be able to sleep for a couple of hours at a time. I have so much on my mind, house move pending.
I haven't slept well for ages, I have to put a TV series on my phone that just runs and runs so my thoughts can't run wild. I watch til I fall asleep and then wake up 2 episodes later!

Thank you. DH is home with the wee ones so I'm all alone. Never realised until tonight how you can be surrounded by people but still be completely lonely. I'm an over thinker at the best of times but glad to be here just in case.

Glad I'm not alone @Nogodsnomasters. I've gone through so many series that I'm running out. I've got Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ plus all the usual. Golden Girls is a blast from the past - can only remember Blanche and Dorothy.

Hang in there, it'll soon be morning & it'll seem a bit less bleak!!🤗

Golden girls is on Disney+ give it a whirl it's so soothing because it's nostalgic and funny, 7 seasons worth will give you a good few weeks of sleep watching lol.

Thanks Snoopy; I'm doing OK. Heart and bloods all clear and chest x-ray clear too so they think its maybe muscular which is a relief but kinda concerning that there's no definitive answer. But I'm home and managed a couple of hours sleep; trying to pull myself together now before my wee one gets home from nursery, she was terrified of me going off in the ambulance so need to be able to reassure her I'm ok

Well, that IS great news! I know it's still worrying when they're not 100% sure, but it has settled down & it's NOT your heart, bloods are clear & chest X-rays clear, so not much else it can be.

I hope DD was reassured when you saw her today. Knowing you weren't well, the ambulance took you to hospital & the Dr made you better, can actually be a positive learning experience. If you have to go again or she does, it'll be less scary for her.

Let us know how you are feeling tomorrow, hopefully after some sleep tonight!!
