Has anyone else had another DC years after their youngest?

Obviously some people have but I'm more asking for experiences

Have 2DC, 7&5 and thought I was very much done. Both DH and I didn't want to have any more but here we are 😅 I love the gap between DC and love their relationship and feel a bit bad that this DC won't have that with a sibling close in their age (definitely will be the last!). Can anyone share their experiences with having a DC quite a bit younger than their other DC? Thanks ☺️

There's nearly 9 years between my two. They get on well (different sexes which may be relevant).

What sort of thing would you like to know?

There are nearly 16 years between my two. They are both adults now and are very close. DD babysits her niblings regularly.
