GPS that avoids narrow lanes? Is there such a thing?

I'm fed up of Google maps taking us the "quickest" route but down single track narrow treacherous lanes.
People with larger cars and caravans or vans must use a better sat Nav that avoids narrow lanes?

If you use Waze (which I love) it gives you 3 options and you can see the route.

Sometimes saving 3 minutes isn't worth it!!

Yes you can get a caravan Sat nav, it costs though!

This can be so frustrating, we need some kind of setting that says something like:

Please don't take me down residential roads as part of this decent sized / motorway journey.

Please take me back the way I came.

I noticed that mine was bugging me for me to tell it about the status of roadworks etc. on my last journey. I need to try to turn that off.

You want it to know lots of information about the route but you don't want to tell it anything!
