Happy Birthday to me.
Can't actually believe I'm still alive with all that's happened to me.. but hey I've survived.
Had a fabulous day with my daughters and Grandkids visiting.
Tomorrow I'm going to see some Artic foxes with daughter and Grandson.
Next week going to our Villa in Lanzarote.
Don't know the benefits of being a pensioner yet.. but I'm sure they will be some.

Oh yeah a bus pass.. but l already have a disabled one.. ( hate busses). My daughters got me a pensioner's discount on my ticket for tomorrow lol.

I think, when I hit 67 I can get a bus pass, and my state pension.

At 60, free prescriptions apparently and free eye test.
Oh, and soup for £1 if I can find an Asda with a cafe.

I'm very envious... I have 2.5 years to go but I'm retiring next summer. I am too unwell to continue any longer. I can't go on until I'm 67!

Don’t forget the £10 Christmas bonus! Introduced for pensioners in 1972 when a tenner was valuable. Nowadays its paid to lots of benefit claimants, as is WFA. It should be about £150 in reality now, but that won’t happen!
