I have a dual SIM phone with main SIM and a backup with a different provider from Giffgaff in case of emergency. It has £10 rolling credit on it, so you pay per text or call. Yesterday had a text msg saying 'that text was sent using giffgaff' and the balance debited accordingly. I did not send ANY text at all, so did not choose Giffgaff by accident. Not bothered about the small charge, but how is this possible? Text messaging does not show anything was sent. Seems dodgy, anyone had the same? No help available at Giffgaff website!
