Names have been changed.
Kerry started in 2018 she had been married but she found out her husband (Chris)was cheating. No children involved as her pregnancy ended in miscarriage. She found out he cheated while pregnant. Divorced (2018) and lost touch with him.

Hannah started 2022 married (2019) with 2 children. Funny thing was her husband has the same name.
On Saturday evening everyone in the office was invited to her 40th birthday party.
Yes you've guessed it the ex husband of Kerry and husband of Hannah is the same person.
It turns out that Hannah was the other woman.
Kerry left the party, there was an argument which made everyone uncomfortable.

Yesterday morning the atmosphere could be cut with a knife.
Kerry is refusing to speak to Hannah.
Hannah has now accused Kerry of bullying her.

There are 6 people in the office and we don't want to get involved.
Management and HR are now involved.

What a sad mess.

Unless you're HR or management stay civil to both parties and don't get involved. Focus on work.

Stay professional and don't listen to gossip. Let management deal with the situation.

Kerry just has to speak to Hannah only about work matters and when absolutely necessary. Hannah can’t force her to be friendly, so the bullying accusations won’t get far.
