Nursery staff gift - what do you get them?

When your son or daughter has moved rooms in nursery (from the baby room to toddler room for example), what did you get the staff in the room they were leaving to say thank you? If they had a key worker, did you get them something separately too?

A box of chocolates. I’ve wanted to get the key worker something separate but it felt to fraught with complications and being unfair to the others who also put loads of care and time into my child’s wellbeing.
