Best non sweet hot chocolate drink ?

I don't drink not chocolate very often , but was in a cafe and instead of a few had a hot chocolate instead . Ordered a plain one without cream / sprinkles / flake etc because it's just not for me. When it came it,was extremely sweet . Don't know the brand they used but it was very sweet and didn't enjoy.

If I want one at home which one is the least sweet ?
In the past I've tried Green & Blacks , Charbonnel et Walker and even Cadburys , any others to fit the bill ?

At home, make cocoa instead - then you can reduce the amount of sugar to suit your taste.

What about cocoa/cacao and add sugar yourself to taste?

Remember cocoa as a child , so that's a good shout . From memory mum added the sugar so could try it with less . Cheers for that .

Cocoa is your answer.
If you look up ingredients on any box of hot chocolate sugar comes first so basically you are paying for half of box sugar.
