What do you put in a pasta salad?

I'm getting bored of ours, even if the DC aren't!
500g pasta
punnet cherry tomatoes
packet of ham
Half a jar (about 10?) gherkins
tin of artichokes if I can get hold of them (our supermarket has been sold out for weeks now)

Usually we have none left although last week there was half a cereal bowl, which DD ate for breakfast the following day (strange child!).

Tuna & red onion
Chicken & bacon with Cajun spice
Roasted root veg
Pesto
Cream cheese

My favourite is mozarella, basil pesto and cherry tomatoes. Optional chicken.

Crumbled up feta
Halved cherry toms
Sliced black olives
Shredded basil
Ham/salami cut up
Diced red pepper
Diced cucumber
Finely chopped red onion, spring onion or shallot
Sometimes, sweetcorn!

Pesto, wilted spinach, peas, pine nuts, grated Parmesan, Parma ham.

Tuna or sardines, black olives, capers, tomatoes, green beans.

I also really like pesto, mozzarella pearls and cherry tomatoes with pasta and olive oil.

Or cajun spices, cream cheese loosened with milk (or alternatively use mayonnaise), sweetcorn and diced up peppers and red onion.

Or lemon juice, olive oil, red onion, olives, oregano and either parmesan or diced and fried halloumi.
