I don't think you need to bump - there were a couple of threads last week about it plus someone has started a petition, but i can't see it will make much difference.

I don't think the petition will help as the company don't want to stop making the cream. They're just clearly fed up of the shortage of one of the main ingredients.

I'm assuming they'd rather discontinue that go on being able to make it in fits and starts and be seen as unreliable

I'm kicking myself because last time I bought it- about 4 weeks ago as nursery requested a new tube, I went to 4 different shops before I found any and had an inking something was up then, so wish I'd topped up when I did find it. It's so much more effective than others we've tried, works miracles on the odd occasion when DS ends up with a sore bum. Which doesn't happen much nowadays fortunately, but I'm also pregnant with a second and will miss it I'm sure!
