Quite small so I can't carry it well and I look really frumpy and my face is so puffy.
What I don't understand is why I can't stop eating/ binging. I try to lose weight and get to about week 6, then old habits creep in and before I know it I'm eating 4 Kit Kats in a row and maybe a family bags of crisps. I NEVER used to do this and I don't know what has triggered it but it's making me so unhappy (I can't stop though 😢)
Anyone else like this?
