Had a notification yesterday my Vinted order was delivered yesterday however it I was in all day and it wasn't posted through the letterbox or left anywhere.
Reported this to Vinted and the order is currently suspended.
Left the house this morning to find the parcel outside my front door, opened but luckily the item was still in the packaging.
Anyone have any ideas how I can unsuspend this now so the seller can get their funds?
There is instructions on Vinted saying to go to view issue details and more information and I can unsuspend it from there but I can't find view issue details anywhere.
