8 year old at a Busted concert?

I've bought tickets for a Busted concert next summer for myself and my daughter, who will be 8. It's an outdoor park venue, which I've just read can attract up to 10,000 people. Do you think it'll be okay for an 8 year old?

Well, I wouldn't personally. It think big gigs are something you go to as young adults, maybe older teens.

However, I expect there will be loads on here who would.

Thank you for replying. I've read the faq's and it says we can take blankets to sit on, and tickets are for age 6+, so it sounds like it should be a okay tbh. The park is local to me too, so I know it well and, although I'd imagined being at the front, if I disregard that idea and plan to stay to the sides, we should probably be okay. If not, we can go home. It's only 10 mins drive from my house.

They're absolutely fine imo. A very fun band with no swearing. Some lyrics she probably won't even catch on to the meaning of at worst.

We've taken our kids, younger than 8 at the time, to music festivals. They loved every minute.

It'll be like a music festival you'll sit at the back on a blanket and probably not see much unless there are screens but it'll be fine. The entering and leaving are likely to be the biggest issues so I'd head out before the last song or hang back and let it clear.

Yes, this is what I'm now picturing! I think it'll be fine.
It starts mid afternoon and ends at 10.30 so we'll probably leave a bit earlier.
