I never understand the current outrage as if it was all a huge secret that no one knew about, the absolute travesty is that EVERYONE knew and carried on regardless. There are films and books written about the seediness of the entertainment industry even back then it wasn't a secret to anyone even if your weren't in the industry. It's great that a light is being shone on what happened but what on earth was Chris Finches parents thinking? What were the parents thinking that decided to sign-up to send their children unsupervised to MJs or PDiddys? It was $$ signs in their eyes otherwise if it was purely for the child career they would have supervised better.

Ever see Brooke Shields movies? 12 when she played a child prostitute in Pretty Baby and 15, half naked and pregnant in Blue lagoon and then Endless Love a year later...there was a bit of controversy over Pretty Baby but not that much to stop it being a box office hit (or maybe that's why).
