Worried about this rash/spot on babies face

She's poorly, her sister is too they both have what I think is a cold, very snotty and a cough but the baby developed what was a big yellow head on her cheek yesterday but this morning it's gone blotchy. The spot is still there but it's red all around it, does this look normal ? Got meningitis rash in my head !!!

If I kind of stretch the skin with my fingers the blotchy part does fade and just the spot remains there

It's likely just a spot, especially if she's been unwell and has had snot around her nose, likely wiping it across her face as babies do. My kids got those all time time as babies, went away after a few days.

It's definitely not a rash.

I have to add, she's adorable! Look at those little cheeks! I miss mine being that tiny.
