Will I get alll my pay when I leave if...

Pay day is the same day as I leave or because we work two weeks ahead and two behind will I get the rest the following month?

So do you mean that you're leaving for example on the 30th of December, but your pay period is from the 15th Dec to 15th of Jan? So two weeks ahead, two weeks behind? Surely they'd just pay you half your pay if you're paid 50% ahead / 50% behind because you haven't done the work for the 50% ahead part?

I'm leaving on the 29th and will get paid on the 30th so I will have actually worked but if I was staying, I wouldn't get my pay for the hours on the 29th ( and the days before) until the following pay but I'll have left by then so I'm unsure how that works
