Christmas tray bake recipes please - ones that will survive the post!

Has anyone got any good recipes for Christmassy tray bakes? I can't make it to Ireland for my Dsis's party this year, so I'm planning on posting a box of baking.
They're going to NI so only will have to survive overnight post, but I don't think mince pies will make it.
Any suggestions gratefully received 😊

Sudden flashback to the scene in What Katie did at School, where they unpack the box from home and it's full of everything delicious. Anyone got a recipe for Debbie's jumbles?

I know I could buy stuff and send it, but I enjoy baking, particularly for people I love.

That's a great idea!

Not a traybake, but festive, popular and would travel fine.

These look delicious and very portable - will obviously need to make a trial batch to check they're ok 😋

Oh wow, I remember loving reading that bit, core memory unlocked!

Jamie’s chocolate brownie recipe from his restaurant fifteen. They have soured dried cherries but could use cranberries to make them more Christmassy. Theytransport well, last ages in fridge, are crisp on outside, gooey on inside and utterly delicious.

I think a stollen would survive well.

Or a box of florentines with greaseproof paper between each one.

Rocky road or fives made with Quality Street. Make as usual but then stud the mix with chopped up Quality Street after you’ve poured it into the tray so each piece tastes different.

Darina has a recipe for Palestrina cakes in her Christmas book which might be turned into a traybake. Or just cook in a muffin tin.

Panforte.
