I have been battling with chronic urine infections from 2021 after a key him surgery and they have never left me . Causing me multiple miscarriages . I have been on low dose antibiotics for 2 years but they did nothing only masked the symptoms up until I became resistant to the drug . I am pregnant again and I’m in limbo no one to help . The urologist has said ‘ im so sorry never seen a case like this’ now they taking me seriously but only when now I’m susceptible to two drugs only . And resistant to many . Leaving me limited treatment options and these treatment Options are to keep infection at bay to keep this pregnancy. Not treatment for getting rid of the infection But guess what mums . After giving me these options my urologist is off of work . I havnt heard nothing from the other consultant who ruined my life by not believing the antibiotic are not working . Ending up A and e many times which they gave me iv antibiotics errapenem and meropenem which after taking them my babies heart beat stopped. Either the infections are causing miscarriages or the treatments . Which don’t work anyway .
