I'm Cold When I'm Indoors Or In The Shade

I'm talking about when I go on a holiday in Spain in the summer time. When I sit/lie in the shade at the beach/pool I feel cold, and I'm that cold, I shiver, and I also feel cold when I'm indoors. I'm also cold when I'm in bed, I sleep with a thin blanket over me. The only time I'm warm is when I'm outside in the sun. I went on a holiday in Spain last year and this year.

I used to go on holidays to Greece with my parents, I went to Greece 6 times in 6 years, and I don't remember feeling cold in Greece at anytime, and I remember sitting in the shade lots of times there. I was also hot at night even with the air conditioner on.

Could feeling cold indoors and in the shade have something to do with your mental health. I also overthink constantly, I've been overthinking since I moved out of my parents house which was 7 years ago. When you live on your own, there are so many things you need to do and I thought it was that that caused my overthinking. I also feel sad all the time. So I'm wondering if getting cold easily is a sign of a mental health condition.

Sleep with a thicker blanket then?
Perhaps you're a lizard Grin
Do you take multivitamin Inc iron? Anemia can make you feel cold more frequently.

I don't think there's any link between mental health conditions and feeling cold. I suppose theoretically, being stressed and anxious can activate fight or flight response or lower immune system meaning more suspecting to catching illnesses, but not really sure how that'd relate to feeling cold in the shade. Perhaps you just need a higher temp. Or maybe the humidity % was different I. Spain vs Greece meaning the heat is felt differently even in the shade.

Perhaps cbt or counselling can help you if you're feeling sad and overwhelmed x

It could be a sign that you're low in thyroid hormone. So could the depression. Get tested. I'm always cold too, even though I'm taking extra thryroid hormone.
Get yourself a nice thick comforter and a fuzzy robe.
