Best pillow for neck/shoulder pain.

I have RSI in my right shoulder,plus tendinitis in the same shoulder,and arthritis in both shoulders. Consequently I am waking up with neck ache more and more frequently these days. Anyone got any recommendations for a pillow that will help with this,that's not too horrendously expensive? (up to £30).

have a look at Dr Twinners pyramid pillow. Much cheaper than tri-core and available in the UK.

if arthritis is starting to bite save up for a gel infusion mattress topper from Dunhelm. Much better than just a memory foam topper for supporting very sore hips and shoulders.
I have used all and I was pleasantly surprised by the Dr Twinners pillow as I had been importing tricores from the states till then.
