Talk to me about hair extensions…

My Husband has asked me what I want for Christmas and he said it has to be something just for me as a treat.
i have wanted hair extensions for years, my hair is so thin and just doesn’t seem to grow past my shoulders. I used to have long hair and loved it. I’m early 30s so think I could still get away with long hair.
does anyone have them and love them? Any tips? Any reasons not go get them?

I have a weave, extensions are bad for your hair so I was told. Im 55 and they are 22 inches so I'm not gonna tell you you are too old. Be prepared for the aftercare costs though, and all the cute bobbles, slides, grips etc you will want to buy. My hair was ÂŁ300 and the fitting is ÂŁ110 every 8 weeks, takes half a day. So he will be looking at ÂŁ1000 for the year.

You are probably best going to a salon for a consultation. A weave is a row of hair that is sewn into your own, I have four rows. There are lots of types of extensions, glued, beads, melted I dunno as I didn't choose them.
