Should I be worried about my head?!

Earlier today I dropped something from out of the fridge, I bent down to pick it up and bloody stood up as the door started to close and hit my head really hard on the bottom corner of the fridge door.

It bloody hurt.

Since then i’ve had a mild headache but now starting to feel a bit like it’s turning into a migraine and it gives me shivers thinking about how hard I went into it.

No other symptoms though, not even at the time. Keep an eye on it?

Do you suffer from migraines?

Spuck · 17/11/2024 19:53

@truegum81 I did, but haven’t for a long time.

goodness you have only just got over thinking you were seriously ill! i’m guessing… you weren’t?

as for the head today… you’ll be fine!

If you suffer from migraines, then you know best to stop looking at screen and rest

Not unless you blacked out or were sick, no.

If headache continues or you start to feel dizzy or nauseous then I would seek medical advice.

If you're not showing any other signs for now I'd just take paracetamol and keep an eye.

It's normal to feel sore when you hurt yourself. If you didn't black out and don't feel dizzy or sick, I really wouldn't worry.
