Which baby size clothes to fit a doll?

Does anyone know what size baby clothes would best fit a 40cm soft body doll? Absolutely loathe to pay the extortionate price for baby Annabel/corrode/tony treasure clothes and I'm always super paranoid that any Amazon knock off brand won't be safe for toddler play.

Yes, premature baby clothes. My dd1 was a preemie and later used her first clothes for her Annabel doll.
