I must say I'm liking his ideas so far.
Weight loss injections as a preventative measure, reducing waiting lists and FINALLY holding Chief Execs accountable for the failings in their trust.
Having worked for the NHS, the shrug your shoulders approach from Execs was alien to me compared to anywhere else, including public sector. It's always the GMC, DHSC etc that seem to be responsible for NHS failings, but never the Exec of the trust.
I'm liking what he's doing so far but waiting for some massive crackpot idea that makes me change my mind!
