Looking for a few days away in a few weeks to recoup after a bout of illness. Looking for:

Nice hotel as dont want to self cater
Want freshair, beach walks
Good pubs for food
Ooo and maybe a decent fish and chip shop lunch one day 😀

Not opposed to somewhere very close to Hunstanton but would prefer more central

The Caley, the Golden Lion or the La Strange Arms Hotel.

There's lots of B&Bs as well as the hotels above (we're nearby so don't stay.)
There's two good fish & chips places Fishers and Henry's - we tend to use Henry's.

Le strange. We go there every year as my mums ashes were scattered on old h beach. The mariner next door is a gorgeous pub (my aunts family owned it during the war, hence the connection).
Le strange is a bit tired, but it's so beautifully placed and walking along the beach to Holme on a wintry day can't be beaten!!

The Lodge in Old Hunstanton is very nice.

@Intheoldendays Marina's pub and @ShiftySquirrel Henrys looks fab just what Im after.

Looks like Le Strange doesnt do breakfast though although the Marina's does but would be good to have a hotel breakfast.
