What is the panda doing?

The book was published 21 years ago and the title comes from a joke, but the book is neither comic nor fiction.

Panda is a grammar book. E, S & L are the initials

So annoyed it's not The Last Devil to Die!

What is the woman in the poster? Rosie the Riveter obviously, but how would you describe Rosie? What is her physical characteristic?

even with all the clues, im stuck with the cowgirls. I have tried all the variations and nothing works. when I write "country girls" it tells me I'm close, but I can't seem to get there. any clue? please don't say "write what you see" because I may have used every known variation of cowgirl in the past 20 minutes 😅
