Smiggle babyish at Yr5?

DD tells me that her classmates don't have Smiggle now and it's very babyish. DD has all matching smiggle, water bottle, pencil case, lunch box and bag. I feel a bit sad that she's been told its babyish as I spent a lot on it. Should I be buying something else?
DD says she likes them still, but she has ASC and can say things sge thinks adults want to hear.

I thought Year 5 was peak Smiggle age to be honest. The 10 year old girls I know all have it and love it.

The whole matching sets definitely aren’t really a thing by y5 - they are very much a y2/3 thing at my dc’s school. Most of them still have bits eg the lunchboxes but by y5 & definitely y6 it’s mostly Nike or similar backpacks. I wouldn’t replace it until needed though, maybe just swap a couple of bits out so it’s not so matchy - Christmas might be a good time for a new backpack?

No one at my dc’s school would be mean about someone having smiggle stuff btw. It’s just that they mostly don’t.

I'll swap out the lunchbox and maybe a new pencil case for Christmas. Poor little thing, she struggles socially and she loved it when she got it in Summer.
