Ideas for new Christmas activities now kids are older

My DS's are now 10 and 12. They still love Christmas, but it's a lot more boring now they're older. My eldest is at private school and has a really long holiday too. I'd love to keep the magic of Christmas alive as I really love it, so I'm looking for ideas for new traditions. We're thankfully quite a close family and we're pretty good at spending time together and already do a lights festival, go to garden centres (to look at the decorations), we still just about manage a trip to some sort of santa as they're still suspending belief just about, and we go for family walks and family trips to the pub, so we're not doing too badly. But the time we're at home it just like any other day now - they play fortnite whilst screaming loudly at their friends through headsets, and we sit in the other living room watching something else on tv. So I'd like some ideas for other things we can do together. We've never been a board game family (monopoly fills me with dread at the sheer boredom) but I'm happy to be convinced that there may be a game we'd enjoy perhaps - I keep hearing cards against humanity mentioned. Any other suggestions? Good Christmas films for that age range?

Baking? They should be old enough to do simple recipes themselves and others with supervision.

Definitely movies.

Send them shopping for gifts for each other, parents, grandparents. Get them to help wrapping for family gifts.
Maybe look for a charity gift bank and give them a budget to find good gifts.

But honestly, don't overdo it, non-activity days are also needed.

Baking
Making origami Christmas decorations
Movie evenings
Dry ski slope/tobogganing
Skating
Christmas themed escape room home kit

Board games wise- I'm not a fan of monopoly but we are a Board game family, I'd start with quick games, maybe a funny one or one with challenges, a few we love;

Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza
Obama Llama
Chameleon
The Logo Board Game
Exploding Kittens
