Oestrogen vaginal tablets, vaginal atrophy advice please

I have recently been diagnosed with VA and prescribed Estradol 10 micrograms vaginal tablets. On day three notice after insertion a very tiny amount of blood on the applicator end. Have I hurt myself, is this normal now worried.

Vaginal atrophy itself can cause bleeding, it may well be just that. It’s unlikely you have caused any significant damage. I would continue the treatment but let your GP know next week
