Alphaguess - another frustrating word game

Fans of Wordle, Connections etc. I've got a new one for you - Alphaguess. It can be any word at all, no limits on the number of letters, all you know is where it is alphabetically in relation to your guess - frustrating and compelling in equal measure.

I actually had my best result today by complete fluke - am often much higher numerically in guesses.

Seems fairly simple - pick a word in the middle of the alphabet, then pick a halfway point word, rinse and repeat. I quite like it.

@Breathmiller thanks I feel a bit psychic now, I wonder if I can predict the lotto numbers 😆 it is exciting I bet she was pleased! I got it first time on wordle once too but I was using the same first word every day for weeks lol

My dd had done the same wordle word for years so it was bound to happen at some point, I suppose. But, yes, she basked in the glory for a bit.
