I have an 11 yo who is very very picky with their food and always has been. I hail from a long line of eating disordered family members and am now panicking.
She had her first period a couple of months ago and it’s since then she’s not eating properly and hasn’t had a period since. Now starting to worry but don’t want to make a big scene out of it in case she feels pressured. Any advice greatly appreciated!
