Yep! Really heavy cold that I just can’t shift. It’s a PITA!!

protectthesmallones · 05/11/2024 14:00

Yes. Week three now of Covid and so tired, wiped out. A single task a day is all I can achieve then back to bed. Luckily my husband is very organised.
Fed up with this, and I had the latest Covid booster 5 weeks before I caught it. I know it doesn't stop you getting Covid but it's been really nasty.

DrRichardWebber · 05/11/2024 14:02

Yes definitely. I’ve got a horrible cold but not horrible enough that I can go to bed and not work.

Fridaysgirl17 · 05/11/2024 14:06

Yep I've got a cold & some sinus pressure, single mom too so still having to do all the usual stuff,we walk to school too, school is maybe 20 minutes so it's not really long but to get back home there is a really tough hill which is killing me this week 🤦🏻‍♀️🤧

QuestionableMouse · 05/11/2024 14:14

Yep. Have my period which has been awful and really crampy. Also have a bit of a cold including headache and being achy all over so I feel rubbish.

ManchesterLu · 05/11/2024 14:16

I've not felt completely right since mid August to be honest, and lots of people round here are similar. It's becoming seriously irritating.

Cloud44 · 05/11/2024 14:21

Hugs to everyone who is also feeling under the weather. Where are you @ManchesterLu ? Have you been to the doctor?

I take Actimel drinks they give me a real boost.

Cloud44 · 05/11/2024 14:29

Do you find they give you a boost in energy / catch less bugs @Augustus40 ? Are they better than the activia yoghurts?

Yes! But after a crap run of 13 hour night shifts all over the place I finally finished this morning and have 9 days off, and my body says no!

Heavy cold!

I'm still dragging myself out for the fireworks. Tomorrow I'll have a day at home tidying and pottering and hopefully my new car will be delivered so that will cheer me up Grin

mumstheword223 · 05/11/2024 14:31

Me too! Me and my 6 month old both have a very bad cold. So difficult having to look after her and hardly get any sleep with a pounding headache.

Cloud44 · 05/11/2024 15:30

Hopefully we all start to feel better soon.

Hi I have only been taking them two weeks but I feel more mentally alert and more energy. Digestion no longer sluggish plus can enjoy my food again now I have a proper appetite. I rarely catch bugs to be honest so would not like to comment.

Augustus40 · 07/11/2024 11:25

I have never tried the yoghurts.
