Has anyone tried sitting yoga or Pilates?

Probably aimed at the older person. For some reason my FB and insta (because I'm not THAT old!) are full of ads for apps for the above. I'm thinking about giving it a go.

I have a reasonable grasp of simple Pilates, but I'm so seized up I probably need to (re)start gentle. I possibly don't even need an (£) app, tbh, but I'm interested in others' experiences, esp if anyone knows of an initial free app I could try!

Thanks.

Can’t help with Pilates, although I did used to do it.
Google chair yoga kassandra. She is a great yoga teacher and she has loads of chair yoga videos on YouTube which are free.

I've been going to a 'Chair yoga' class for some years, but it is in person, not on an app.
It has been really good.

I go to a seated yoga class. In person. Can recommend.

Unfortunately my work pattern is so completely erratic, an in-person class wouldn't be practical.

I believe I'd be okay with the 'knowing' which part of me to keep in line, and which part of me I'm working on etc (like most women, decades of aerobics, step, stretch classes, Pilates, when considerably younger!)
