I have been nominated for a HA home, in an area I love, enough bedrooms for the children and after a really difficult year I have everything crossed that we will get it 😅
financial assessment done and accepted
verification done and accepted
its just the tenant referance to go and my anxiety is through the roof! I know it has been sent as my housing officer emailed me to confirm this……
I have had rent arrears in the past but none currently and never any antisocial behaviour
so I guess my question is has anyone ever had an offer from a HA denied after referencing?
