Looking for gluten free treats through the post

A relative has just been in hospital, so I wanted to send her some gluten free treats. Does anyone know of any good companies to use, or treats they've tried?

There are loads of GF bakeries and similar that do mail order but I'd recommend choosing one that does individually wrapped items that have a decent ambient shelf-life, eg:

Flapjackery who do amazing, and ginormous, GF flapjacks in many flavours.

Honeybuns who do flapjacks, brownies and cakes.

I've not used an order service but you can make really easy gf cookies.
250g of almond flour, 2 eggs, 60g butter, 60g sugar (or less or more to taste) 1 tsp baking powder, and use jam in the middle. It should make about 12, just make a dent in the middle of each and put a blob of cherry jam.
Just melt butter a bit in microwave and add/mix everything together, whip the eggs a bit first ideally. Make about 12 balls and flatten, Then cook for twenty minutes on gas mark 4, or until soft and slightly browned.
