Today I was dreading contacting Virgin to negotiate my broadband contract as everything I had read said they were awful to deal with. Well, they answered the phone quickly and I was put through security easily, the agent listened to me and asked pertinent questions. I asked for her to match advertised rates for new customers and she said she couldn’t do that exactly BUT would charge 1p more so that I wasn’t paying the new customer rate yet I was getting a good price. Then she said she would upgrade me to the next grade up at no extra cost.
It was so refreshing to have such good service I felt it needed a shoutout. We are so quick to complain and feel that good service should be noted.
