Catering for a v large buffet lunch - what to buy?

I need to order the buffet lunch for a very large gathering in a village hall, for 100 people. It will be standing up milling around rather than seated. There is nowhere to prepare anything, so everything has to be able to be opened from packets and served straight out. Think sandwiches platters and nibbles type thing, but I need to expand on that!

What would you suggest I buy?

Sandwich platters, pots of pasta salad, potato salad etc, cold meat, chicken drumsticks, crusty bread, cheese, crackers etc

It might be best to get the order form from a supermarket, or look online, and see what you can order,

Get enough vegetarian stuff for everyone, because the meat-eaters will eat it too.
