Child red rad around mouth - pic included

Hello

My little one has this red rash around his mouth. He keeps licking it making it worse. Any creams I can use to help??

It might be oral allergy syndrome

Impetigo or hand, foot and mouth?

Probably moisture caused it originally but now it's heading for impetigo and needs a barrier cream applying. If it gets a yellow crust see a Dr.
