Crockpot/slow cooker...how long for this? Pic attached

Bought a little slow cooker yesterday 3.5L.
Ive put in onions, carrots and braising steak with a bit of stock.

On high for how long?

At least 4 hours, which would equate to 8 on low. Braising steak needs a long time.

You might need a bit more liquid, I was always told that the liquid should cover the meat / veg. At the end of cooking, chuck in some gravy granules to thicken it all up. We sometimes end up with more gravy, but the dog never complains.

Yes was going to thicken up ...theres a ton of veg underneath so alot of liquid will come from that
