Turkey (Icmeler) in May? Is it hot?

Looking on going 17th May - 27th May, we are swaying towards Turkey over Spain as I'm hoping it's guaranteed hot weather. Has anyone been that time of year... is it hot? Swimming pool/sunbathing weather?

Yes it is sunbathing weather 😎

I went to Icmeler in May 23, same week as you, and apart from two days it pretty much rained all week.

To be fair, we always go away the same week in May and that was the only time out of 6 annual visits to Turkey that we had weather that wasn't great.
