After the tragic train crash, there are rail replacement services from Aberystwyth to Machynlleth and/or Shrewsbury
I got to Shrewsbury nearly three hours later to find every train south to Birmingham and beyond has been cancelled
Lack of train crew, broken down train earlier in the day, points problems and signalling problems, as well as that horrible crash
Station staff were trying to help, but with no trains and a lack of coaches and drivers, there was very little they could do
After about a half hour, there was an announcement that a rail replacement bus to all stations to Wolverhampton is in the car park
Anyone wishing to travel on from Wolverhampton can take the bus or tram to Birmingham and continue their journey there
It's going to take me nearly seven hours to get home
Just what the almighty fuck is going on??
