I’m not usually one to be bothered about celebrities but I find a lot of Katie Price’s behaviour bizarre at best. This story popped up on my FB feed from several sources.

It has been reported that she’s used profit from selling explicit photos to pay for a surrogate and now has twin babies. People were originally saying they’re kittens, but the photo definitely shows babies and she has been shopping for baby clothes. The last I heard she was going to be banned from having pets and was at risk of going to prison over driving offences but that seemed like the perfect time to have (buy?) a baby

Again. Plenty of other celebs have convictions.

There's no chance that Katie Price would thoughtfully choose not to show her babies' face in order to respect their privacy. If she's not showing the faces, it's because they're not real babies.

A lot of people, myself included are concerned that Katie Price has done an awful lot of harm and seemingly not faced the full force of the law. Her multiple episodes of drug / drink driving where she was under the influence of alcohol and a controlled illegal substance and multiple driving bans (6) which she has flouted. She has driven without a licence or valid insurance and has crashed her car. She has multiple bankruptcies and owes countless hundreds of thousands to her creditors. Children have been removed from her care and her profound abuse and neglect has resulted in the countless deaths of her animals. Anyone else would be in jail for her multiple offences but she appears to have been spared jail. She does not appear to be at all mentally well and I think she is a risk to herself and to others.

Khloe Kardashian has one driving offence in 2007. Kate Price has been banned from driving 6 times in the past ten years and numerous offences.

Numerous drink driving offences which she's been lucky enough not to injure any innocent bystander.

Laughing in the faces of her creditors going on many holidays and continually having more butchery done to her self when she's DOUBLE bankrupt.

Slandering who she likes - but heaven forbid it's done back to her.

Watched? You mean on the self-funded videos she posts that are just for show? Seeing a two-minute clip on YouTube of Katie at a train station does NOT mean she's there regularly. And I think it's been well-established on this thread that she has a whole team of people (some qualified; others less-so) to care for him pretty much full-time. She peddles the narrative that she's done it single-handed but it's just not true.

On the plus side, if you think she is a good mum then you would consider me an AMAZING one if you knew me. And I’m just an average woman. But your bar is embarrassingly low on parenting and that’s a real pity. I feel sorry for you.

You are right, criminal convictions and bankruptcy on their own do not make bad parents but when one woman is guilty of all of that then it calls her capabilities into question.

Which is evident as her children haven’t lived with her in a long time.

Why has Harvey been pulled from his residential college. I know the local authority have pulled funding but she does keep saying she is earning loads so why can't she pay herself. She seems to have plenty to spend on other things. Perhaps she is paying in which case she would come over better if she said so.

Just some are worse than others and their children are removed for their safety.

Katie price may or may not have ADHD but her main issue is a personality disorder. Same with jack Monroe. KP is narcissistic and monroe is borderline.

I Didn't say it was ok. I said she is no worse than lots of other celebrities. I could go online and find twenty celebs with a DUI.

Gently, I think you are clutching at straws here. The Kardashian woman isn't relevant here, she is in another country and under the governance of another legal system and her criminal offence and her sentence has no bearing on Katie Price at all. Katie Price has committed multiple offences and has repeatedly broken the law in this country. Any other UK citizen would have felt the full force of the law and rightly so if they had committed the same offences as Katie. Katie has had her children removed from her care and has caused the deaths of multiple animals.

But by that reasoning she is a lot worse than all the other celebrities that haven’t lost custody of their kids, been responsible for the deaths of animals, disqualified driving, revenge porn. Her list of offences isn’t short but hey, she’s a good mum despite her flaws! 😂

Yeah but they usually (thinking Ant MCPartlin) make major amends to try salvage their career .Rehab , public apologies etc and it doesn't happen again.

She literally doesn't give a shit and does it repeatedly with no care for herself or other road users... That is not good mother material.

I would say she's done a lot more than any other " celeb" it's not just 1 driving offence, it's multiple over the course of many years, some of which occured when she didn't even have a licence or insurance. She puts the public at risk whenever she's behind the wheel. She should have a lifetime ban on driving. Anyone other than her would with all her offences.

And she's not a good mother either. She has had her youngest children removed from her earlier this year because of severe neglect with whispers of sexual abuse as well.. the older ones haven't lived with her for many years. And Harvey was brought up by her Mum and nannies all funded by Dwight York. She only wheels him out for photo opportunities which is also sick, he's a vulnerable adult and should be protected.

It's not just the DUIs (plural)
it's not just the animal abuse (multiple)
It's not just the inappropriate sexual behaviour in front of children
It's not just the neglect of the children, over and over, for years
it's not just the alcohol and drug abuse with the children in the home
its not just the exploitation of all her kids for coin including the one who can never consent to it because he isn't able
it's not just the risking of her life over and over for needless surgery

it's the entirety of all of it, the totally callous, self centred, neglectful, cruel, abusive parenting for all the reasons above. If it were one thing you might have a point. But it's so much.

Which is also evident in that mainstream channels no longer have her on. She’s a liability and bad PR.

Like you say, most celebrities learn from their fuck ups if for no other reason than their careers

Unmedicated ADHD is truly horrible to live with, but it rarely appears alone in terms of neuro and mental health stuff. It appears alongside autism, bipolar and more. I'd not be surprised to learn she was living with bipolar or borderline personality disorder, and if she's not medicated for that either then well....look at her life.

It's sad as fuck.
