Can nausea at 37 weeks be a sign baby is coming?

I’ve woken up feeling extremely nauseous, like morning sickness. I feel absolutely exhausted too more so than usual! Could this be a sign? Was it for anyone else?

I had preeclampsia at 36 weeks and one of the symptoms was nausea. I’d get checked out by your GP.

As the previous person said speak to your team.

Though I was queasy for the final few weeks of pregnancy and some vomited - no complications.

being 37 weeks pregnant is a “sign” that a baby might be coming!

This, but speak to your maternity unit instead - not sure why you’d go to a GP.

I had obstetric cholestasis and was very sick in the last couple of weeks...
If I were you I'd get checked out asap x

Agree with this. Could be just shifting hormones but get checked out just in case.
