Has anyone heard of this benefit? posting here for traffic

On my local nextdoor someone is advertising a 'job'. They say that a person on Universal Credit who helps them is entitled to a monthly payment of £186 extra money.

The person has got a bit arsey with me for asking for more details.

Might it be Carer's Element of UC?

People are asking questions, things like is it cash? Do you have to pay tax and NI? It all seems fairly odd. Although he is saying 4.5 hours a week which is no where near the 35 hours they usually want.

I just hope he isn't scamming people.

Who is he? Is it on the job centre website?
